Maintaining good health of transformers is very important to have a durable life irrespective of the make of the transformer purchased by you.
We at MELCON understand this requirement and have a dedicated technically skilled and highly trained technicians for the same service.
Reconditioning and Overhauling work normally involves filtration and top up of oil, cleaning of core coil assembly if required, changing of gaskets, bushings, metal parts if required, cleaning, painting of the outside surface,etc.The scope entirely depends on the client's requirements. All the work is undertaken in our fully equipped shop floor and the reconditioned transformer is properly tested before dispatch in our in house lab.
